Answer: Your office is sent a detailed schedule of all training in all categories, showing the dates, venues and times of each workshop PLUS a color coded year planner to put up in a prominent location in your office. Reminders and Communication

How does SEQA stay in touch and remind me of courses and upcoming dates?

Answer: SEVERAL WAYS! All you need to do is stay aware and be on the lookout for the following reminders and prompts, because this is how we keep you informed:

By fax – each office receives at least one detailed reminder fax about a week before each workshop (sometimes we send several). So if you spot it by the fax machine, make sure your principal or manager gets it and a copy is issued to all the relevant team members.

By email – each office receives a printable PDF copy and link to the ‘what’s on at SEQA’ this month color flyer on the SEQA website which details every workshop held in each zone and the SEQA Central workshops. Now, every salesperson that has a business email of their own will receive their own personal notice (providing Head Office has your email address – more on that below).

By mobile – each individual member of each subscribing office will receive at least one SMS reminder of each relevant workshop as a another reminder prior to each session.

Question: Are there any other tips that will help me to stay in tune with what's happening?

Answer: YES! Bookmark the SEQA website! This will ensure you have all the right information at your fingertips any time you need it – in fact why not make it a desktop shortcut?

Ensure your details are registered! Check with your principal to make sure National Office has your business email account and mobile telephone number to ensure you get reminders. You can contact National Office direct to update their database. This also gives you an account with Networks Intranet site (Firstnet). You receive a user name and password to access both Firstnet and the ‘member’s area’ of the SEQA site. For help with your Firstnet account details call 1800 032 332 anytime.

Trainer Communication Most of our panel of trainers will email information, links or notes relevant to sessions you attend to enhance and reinforce the learning process. So it is important that your email address is available.
