SEQA is a proud initiative of the combined membership of all South East Queensland First National agency principals, wholly funded by each independent agency member to empower their business – their people – with the essential skills and knowledge required to remain competitive and to grow in any marketplace environment.
To provide regular quality learning and professional development opportunities for not only their salespeople – but every person within their organisation, in addition to the National training initiatives offered by the First National Network.
In fact, many industry educators regard SEQA as being unique in terms of volume, frequency of training, variety, cost to agency principals and quality – commenting that ‘there is nothing like it in Australasian Real Estate today’. SEQA provides comprehensive and strategic ongoing professional development coaching for its real estate principals,salespeople, property managers, administrative, marketing and support staff.
Most of the training is conducted and repeated within each of the three zones in Brisbane, Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast, with specialised unrepeated courses held centrally in Brisbane. Members and their staff have full access to any course at any time.
All participants have the chance to exchange ideas, share knowledge and suggestions with other First National members who work in similar roles.Those who complete the courses will receive recognition certificates of learning.
Identifying and selection of suitable quality trainers is an ongoing process and to ensure we evolve the best possible training panel for SEQA, the Academy very much relies on the attendance and feedback of members. Therefore your constructive comments and ideas are always welcome on the evaluation sheets provided at each workshop.
First National offices outside the South East Queensland zones can also attend any SEQA training programme at a minimal cost per session or workshop – and can NOW join SEQA as a full subscribing member at a special country member rate!
